I do NOT recommend you train on a campus board. I think you would have more benefit from working on climbing movement and harder boulders. I would also recommend climbing drills over campus board or maybe H.I.T. Strips.

My young boys saw you on Tv and now take turns getting to be Sean McColl when they’re doing climbing structures at the local park. You’ve made quite a positive impression on them. Side effect of you being a fellow Canadian living in France – French lessons are a much easier sell now. Thank you.

You are welcome! I’m glad I can inspire your boys. You can also tell them I enjoy classical music, I always did the dishes growing up and was on honour roll at school.
