Hello Sean!
You are huge inspiration of mine, and therefore I have decided to base my biology unit of off you. The unit is about muscle growth and stimulation, nutrition, and how different exercises target different muscles. Obviously as climbers we do a lot of pulling and pushing exercises to target our backs, arms and pectorals, but I would be thrilled if you could add specific routines, and/or what you eat on an average day?

Hi Eamonn,
Funny enough I would argue that most climbers don’t do enough pushing exercises, and are only pulling. I don’t have any specific routines now for that type of training. As for diet, I speak to that in the FAQ! http://seanmccoll.com/faq/
